New week begins. Stayed dead even last week and that's way better
than a gain. Due to my training for the upcoming 1/2 marathon, I'm
dropping J'cise classes to 3 a week. I do my long walks on weekends
and it's just too difficult to follow the next day with a J'cise
class. Too bad because I would have don the Jazz to the Max class as
my 4th class on the weekend.

Wow, we have all fallen off the posting wagon!

Well..I had a 2 lb loss this week, which I'm hoping broke me through
my plateau, here's hoping it's all downhill from here!!

Keep on chugging everyone, we'll make it through together!

Well, I haven't gone back to my prw-illness weight, so I'm happy!
