Down .2 lbs. Losing about .7 lb/wk. Too slow for my liking and
reminding myself of the 1st month 4 yrs. ago I started WW -- it was
slow as well. I'll work on being patient.

Just once I'd like to spend a day where my weight, what & how much I
eat and drink is *not* in the forefront of my thoughts.

Anyone else?

I'm down a pound which means I am on the downside of the "lose a
pound/gain a pound" yo-yo that I seem to be on.

I sure wish I could gain some height. If I could just look Yao Ming in
the eye I would probably be in the normal range. (all right - that's a
bit of an exaggeration but not much)

We had a technique class yesterday and found out that there were a
number of steps I have been doing wrong for the last 28 years. (I guess
its better late than never when it comes to doing the steps properly.)

I gained .5. I've had a crappy week at work. I know it's not an
excuse but it happened. I'm not liking the new job so much and
probably not much hope of finding a replacement in the current
economy.

I'm glad you are doing ok, of course that height thing is probably
going to be a problem.
