very easy to follow unless you're a "computer" person).
%28 and %29 represent opening and closing parenthesis. The funny thing
is that parentheses are valid characters in a URL, so it's not clear why
they were "escaped" like that.
I sometimes see links in this group's messages that are broken, as in
the hyperlink -the blue (typically), underlined part - doesn't encompass
the entire URL. I'm not quite sure how that happens - sometimes it's
pilot error, I guess sometimes it may happen because of formatting,
especially if there are spaces in the link.
When you put a link in a message, you can do what I did above (and
others on this list have done) which is to put the hyperlink on a single
descriptive word (such as "link" or "chart", etc.). That's not going to
help with generated messages like the new file notification, though.
