[jazz_guitar] Booklet for Joe Pass Blue Side of Jazz

A couple of months ago I purchased the dvd to Passes Hot Licks series Blue Side Of Jazz Guitar and I can't find my booklet with the chords and melodies written out.
I'm really pissed. I can't follow all of these changes as they get more involved.
Does anyone know where I can find a pdf of this well known booklet. I've searched google and end up with a lot of junk and no pdf.
Any help would be appreciated. This is good material and I don't want to buy it all over again.
I have the complete videos on my laptop.
