What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Able to get the HTTP status-code and content-type from JsonRpcClient.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Able to differentiate json-related errors that is actually HTTP server
related.

This is already supported given that you can inherit from JsonRpcClient and
expose HTTP artifacts as necessary via the subclass.
