Appreciation Prospects in Krescent Homes in 2 to 4 Years?

I just wanted to throw this question out to get everybody's opinion who has invested in Jaypee Krescent Homes recently like me. 

Per your own individual research, knowledge about the other projects coming up in the neighborhood of Krescent Homes and the current rate of construction progress, what kind of appreciation can an investor expect from this project over a period of 2 to 4 years?

I know we all are going to have different hopes but I wanted to see what is the average investors sentiment?
