False Demand letter by Jaypee Wishtown

Dear All, This is to inform that Jaypee is sending out false Demand Letters for payments in Construction Linked plans. I have come across such incidents and it is unfortunate that Reputed Builder like Jaypee is also practicing such unfair means.

Jaypee has sent out Demand Letter for payment on milestone based compoletion of 4th floor whereas only a protion of the building has reached to forth floor and they are asking money for the milestone of 4th floor. The construction staff is also tight lipped and not allowed to say anything

Can anyone suggest what ways to handle such situation.
