Construction Staus of Krescent Homes

Hi All,

I had booked a unit in KRH08 on 19th floor @4000 BSP in the month of
Nov 2011. Did any body get a chance to see the latest updates on the
construction? When excavation will be completed?

Hi Akash,

I have construction update as of Nov 2011, I came to know that excavation is about to complete (March 2012) and they will start basement work in April 2012 which will approx. take 6 months (I am not very sure). Site pics are attached.

I went to Jaypee CRC office on last sunday just to check on the construction status. I was told that excavation is underway and expected to get completed by Mar'12. btw, what is the completion time they have stated in your allotment letter ?

Thanks for the information shared. In my allotment letter they have mentioned for 36 months + 3 months grace period that would complete on March 2015....what's being mentioned on your letter?

 

I am in CLP....will they be asking for the next installment once the excavation is completed or once the basement is done?

Hi Akash,

 

I had booked my flat in Jul/Aug'11. In my allotment letter completion date is mentioned as 42 M + 3 M grace period. Mine is under subvention plan and hence no clue on next installment.

My Name is Arun . I Booked Jaypee KRH in 2012 . Little bit worried on the timeline and status of the Project . 

Does any body have some good news.

I also bought in dec 2012. I enquired 2 weeks back from Jaypee and they mentioned that they will give possession by q2 2016. Construction of ground floor is in progress.
