Krescent homes construction update

Recently met jaypee senior person and he suggested that piling work will take approx 6 months before they lay upper basement.

some more thoughts - now krescent homes inventory is almost over, very few units left unless Jaypee mgmt is holding some unit. This actually means in terms of economics supply from builder is over only resale is available - demand can only be met from existing buyers so hope to see some appreciation by 2013. Although it also depends on many other factors like construction speed, construction quality adjoining projects etc.

It is a good news that KRH inventory is almost over.

KRH construction speed is slow but construction quality will be good. They have appointed leading construction co. i.e. B.L.Kashyap which is itself a positive sign for this project.
