Hey Everyone,

To start off, Happy Full Moon Birthday to me :)  Oh and if you want to write me a happy birthday Facebook post, please just send me a text or call me. (831) 332-2486  With that said, of course if you want to write a Happy Birthday Facebook post, thats ok too, I won't hold a grudge.

Now on to more important things. As we all know, times are difficult.  Wages are down, rent is up, prices are up, and the economy is favoring the rich, and most of us are not the 0.00001%, so we live with what we have, and my hope is we come together to rightfully declare what is ours and take it back sooner than later.  Weather that means in our lifetimes who knows...

In my attempts at "making money" I recently got a job at google, that lasted about a month. I was a contractor of a contract of a contractor, cause that is how our society works now, you can't even get a real job with a real company, cause that is "too much" responsibility for them to take on. The entire job was all testing and quizzes and productivity measurements by the HOUR!  Like high school all over again.  The job didn't even pay very well, but they said my 89.67% on my test score wasn't high enough, so I was fired for the first time ever in my life.  Kind of a downer, but it did do one thing, it made me realize how important it is that we all find and stick to our path.

For so long it feels like everyone around me, my parents, my family, my friends, my partner, just want me to get a job no matter what.  It feels like they are all pushing me NOT to follow my dreams, NOT to follow my passions, NOT to follow my truth, NOT to do what feels right.  I'm tired of doing the wrong things for the wrong reasons, and no matter what "job" I get (I've applied to 1000's), it most likely still won't be enough money to live off of, and I'll still be crapping by like the rest of the world cause most of the money is going to the 0.0001%.

So recently I have found some inner peace and I know I'm doing the right thing and following MY path, for the first time in a few years.  Anything that takes you off of your path in life is an attack on your being.  My path does indeed go against all the "paths" that everyone else around me thinks I should take, and it still feel like the world is pushing me NOT to focus on my life's work.  But I certainly hope that it works out for me, because if it does, it will help everyone on this earth (and beyond).

When I watch the news, TV, YouTube, Netflix etc…  I am seeing all these people be harmed across the world, and also numerous global crises, racism, climate destabilization, political corruptions, wealth gap, homelessness, hunger . . . and the list goes on and on!   When I talk to people about it and try to get them to take action, they agree that these are huge immoral and unjust problems, but then they aren't willing to work with me to make change, and they don't believe the problems are surmountable.  It seems like no one doing anything about it to the level that suites me and my very clear vision of effective and efficient application of social transformation and evolution of democracy.  We need a multifaceted, multi-cultural, multi-system, holographic, conscious, unified social movement that leaves no stone unturned, no individual left out.  No one is doing what I am trying to do, and the world needs to see my vision.  I have ideas, I have motivation and passion to help people, but everyone around me (I mean in my "physical life") doesn't seem to want to help and actively encourages me not to. (Thanks to the internet I know there are people out there who support me, they just aren't helping me directly, hopefully soon…) I don't understand why the people physically around me don't believe that the problems of the world can be fixed. if we simply do the had focused work necessary to fix them, but I will keep trying to convince them. Instead of telling me NOT to follow my dreams, and instead telling me to get a job, and waist away my life for pennies in relation to what is being stolen from us.  Why don't these same people just Donate $20 and volunteer an hour of time to help me?

But as I said above, I have found my path, and although it is hard to tell people that I am NOT going to do what they want me to do (aka follow money blindly to help myself when others are being oppressed), I truly believe in myself, and believe that my actions are the correct ones to take.  We NEED people who are ready to STAND UP and say "I WILL NOT ACEPT THE RIGHTS YOU WANT TO GIVE ME, UNTIL EVERYONE GETS THEIR RIGHTS AS WELL".  It is NOT enough for gay people to have the right to marry when black people are getting shot in the streets by white police.  It is NOT enough for men to take a pay raise and buy a bigger better car, when some women can't even go to school on this planet.  It is NOT enough that I can get a job, feed and clothe myself, but simultaneously our society levels the environment, kills off half the sizable animals on the plant, and destroys the caring capacity of the earth so that my children will not survive.  We can no longer justify getting and maintaining our own rights, when others are being systematically oppressed the world over.  Everyone deserve their rights, even if they are not applicable to me, and until people start fighting for other peoples rights, pretty soon none of us are going to have any rights left.

So what my inner self is telling me, is to FOCUS on my work, even though I don't have money, even though I don't have people helping me, and just do it, for at least a few months. (1-3 months).  If in that time I can't fundraise the $5,000 I need to Launch the Unity Network, then I will get a part time job for a few months, and eventually a full time job, and make the money myself to launch it.  In other words if no one else will help me fund the launch of this new network, I'll fund it myself as I have been doing in the past.

So I'm happy to announce that I am "Pre-Launching" the Unity Network. (will have to wait for the full Launch for when we fundraise at least $5,000 but I just can't wait any longer.)  I've been working on this for almost 3 years, and it is directly built off of a decade of previous work that I have done.  

I truly believe that the Unity Network and the programs, projects and systems that will be launched along with it, are something the world has never seen before.  Its a different way of social organizing, activism, change making, and even a different way of seeing the world and the universe for what it is, alive, and we are all a part of it.  The foundation of the Unity Network, "UNITY", is not only a method for enacting change that benefits us all, it also is a way of life and a way to see the world through transformational eyes where there are similarities in everything and the beauty of diversity.  If anyone knows of others who are working on the same idea as the Unity Network, then do please get them in touch with me so we can work together, but as of now, I have yet to find it, although there are similar but very different networks going on.

For me the Unity Network is not a just a vision, it is not just an idea, it is not just a concept.  The Unity Network is years if not decades of hard work, mainly by myself, but there are a few others (thanks Mel & Heather), and over those years I have produced 100's and 100's of pages of documentation (500 pages+??) , processes, systems, methodologies, proposals, draft grants, and MUCH MUCH MORE.  We are Pre-Launching a real plan, and that plan will continue to get more and more comprehensive and more and more complete everyday.

Over the years and decades, I have barely been able to fundraise a few thousand dollars at any one time for my projects and programs that I want to launch and give to the world.   Yet simultaneously I have helped fundraise $100,000's of dollars, possibly over $1 million dollars for other peoples projects, programs, and organizations.  Why is it so hard for people to give money to me and my ideas?  Hopefully I'll solve that problems and we can start helping people.

What is the Unity Network?  Why is it important?  What is different about it than other networks doing similar activities? Why do I think this will finely be the Network that I can get funded?

But in one (large) paragraph the Unity Network has 6 main components. The entire network is focused into a single annual event called "Unity Day". Unity Day is when we all take to the streets (family friendly) and blast out to the world that it is time to unite between all the people, and all the social movement to work together. To remind the governments and organizations of the world, that the people are the ones really in charge.  The "Unity Elections" or "Community Elections" sync with Unity Day where the primary annual election, where we decide our focus for the year, will be held on Unity Day. Anyone can input any idea and vote for any project within the Elections.  The "Unity Flag" is the symbolic image we use to visualize unity between the people and movements of the world. A month or two before Unity Day, we will finalize the interactive vote for the Unity Flag, and print and distribute Unity Flags across the world. Anyone can input any symbol to be within the Unity Flag, but only the top votes will become the official version. It is very important to have a symbol and image of unity to rally behind.  From there we will prioritize the top demands and recommendations we want our leaders to act on, in the form of the "Unity Post Card" or "Unity Card".  This will be a physical post card that can be mailed, as well as an online version that can be emailed to decision makers. Anyone can suggest any item recommendation for the Unity Card, but only the top 10-20 will be printed.  Although we will collect signatures all year, the primary day that we will FLOOD inboxes and mailboxes of society's decision makers will be on Unity Day.  Lastly, although there will be a dozen different activities on Unity Day, the primary decision making activity will be the "People's Parallel Conventions".  These Conventions will be the foundation of an entirely new Parallel Governance System including the People's Parallel Congress which will have NO lobbyists, or Big Money/Corporate special interests, and will ONLY represent People.  The entire People's Parallel Congress will run against the existing corporate congress and eventually, weather it takes years or decades, we will re-balance our government to function for and by the People. We will combat BIG MONEY with NO MONEY! Do you want to volunteer to be a People's Representative, we are going to need a lot of them?  All of this, and MUCH MORE is written up into an interactive book called The Comprehensive Plan, which includes the methodology, ideas, and a action thriller novel that shows the Plan in action though fictional storytelling.

The primary themes as you can see are Interactivity, UNITY, Social Transformation, Comprehensive, Multi-facited, and People Power, but the foundation of the methodology is based on balance, sustainability, equilibrium, understanding, and compromise.  We can't expect or even want people to authoritatively rule and oppress corporations and organizations, what we want is balance and synchronization so our society can evolve and humanity can prosper for 100's of generations into the future.

You might feel that is a bit complicated, but it is really a single vision and a single plan, it just has multiple components that all relay on one an other to be successful.  If you think a simple one dimensional vision is what is going to solve our worlds problems, then that is fine, but I think our world is WAY too complicated for one diminutional solutions, and I feel that even if this comprehensive plan isn't main stream, it is still a viable option and should be seriously considered.

We could wait and see if the same solutions that others have tried again and again work this time.  Or we could wait for something else to come around, including the next round of chaos and confusion when millions take to streets.  Or we could decide to ACT now and give the vision of the Unity Network at least a chance to help the world in an organized, systemic, tangible and collaborative way that can help everyone. I think that people may finely be ready to listen to my ideas, but if not, then I will just get back to work and fund them myself, either way, my hope is to help this disastrous situation we have all found ourselves in.

Also note that the Unity Network is now in "Pre Launch", so there is still a lot of the systems and structure that is not functional yet, but hopefully we will fundraise enough money to Launch soon.

Other things going on in my life:

Besides just the whole Unity Network thing, I also have other activities going on that I should briefly update you on.

I ran for School Board in the last election on a no money campaign, and got about 3% of the vote.  I was amazed at how money driven even the local school board election is, but it was an amazing experience and people were very grateful for my contribution of brining up alternative ideas to the typical parent.  http://JayCan.us

Additionally I am still engaged in a lawsuit where I am suing the the Government for election violations where they are forcing poor people out of elections and further benefiting the rich to run for office.  I feel like it is essential that we support poor people to run for office without them going personally bankrupt, and for the government to follow the existing laws that protect poor candidates from financial predatory action.  I truly feel like I can win this case, but it is very had having NO lawyer, and no HELP. I'm currently in appeal.

Lastly I have been working on some new Poker Games that I am excited about. Primarily I am moving forward with using Round Table Games as a key component of community action, and the most popular round table games are card games, and the most popular card game is currently Poker.  So if some of you are interested in playing poker and helping the community, we will be launching some Round Table Community Poker Games both online and in person within the next 6 months as part of the Unity Network organizing.  Also slowly but surly I'm working on a new Poker game called "Rainbow Poker" which is pretty cool if your into rainbows or math.  http://RainbowPoker.net
