Dear Prof. T. Jesudas,

with great pleasure we announce the publication of the first volume of the
International Journal of Computer Systems and Applications (IJCSA) in
June-July 2013.

The main scope of the Journal is to become a link between academia and
practice by providing publicity to the scientific work of researchers and
consultants. Published papers will be available for free on the web thus
keeping the cost for the individual (student, researcher, consultant etc)
or organization (university, institute, company etc) to a minimum.

Our distinguished International Editorial Board comes from both academia
and practice with vast experience in research and consultancy, and this
gives credibility to authors and their papers.

Besides the basic aim of publishing high quality peer-reviewed research
articles, sufficient care is given to the timely disposal of the articles
received for publication.

Submissions: Submissions are being accepted for the current and future
issues of this journal.
