Greetings from Jayam College of Engineering & Technology, Dharmapuri 636 813 TN
We are happy to send the 12th Graduation Day Invitation. You will be receiving the formal invitation through the post to your residence shortly. Please forward the invitation to your friends of the same batch and invite them for the function.
We eagerly await for your participation in the function.
The Robes will be supplied on advance payment of Rs. 200/- and this amount will
be returned when you return the robes. There will be special buses for the
Graduands from Dharmapuri Bus Stand (Near Bharat Textiles) at 8.00 A.M. If you wish, you can
refresh in our boys and girls hostels right from early morning of 3rd May 2014.
Kindly bring this invitation with you.
Please Note:
1. Graduands are requested to register from 8.45 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
2. Graduands and Guests are requested to be in their seats by 10.15 am
3. Invitees shall stand up when the academic procession enters the hall and remain standing till members of procession take their seats.
4. When the graduation ceremony is over, invitees shall remain standing in their places till the procession leaves the hall.
5. Only official photographers will be allowed to take photographs during the ceremony and personal cameras/ mobile cameras will not be allowed.
6. Clapping shall be strictly avoided during the ceremony.
7. Graduands and invitees are requested not to bring children with them.
8. Avoid use of mobile phones inside the auditorium.
