Allo, Allo, Allo and greetings fellow Luggers!!!! It is my hope that this email finds you all well. Last meeting we had a great turn out when BobaFett2010 presented SSH and Linux. Some of you may have seen some pretty familiar terms that have been brought up in the past, such as ssh. Although we have members within this group who breath ssh, it is helpful to get a refresher on utilities such as these, especially since they are so integral and powerful to our command line experience.

Next meeting we are going to be presented not just with ssh, but we are also going to learn about two tried and true commands that we should all have in our toolsets. Presented by our President Rob McKennon: tar, ssh and dd ~ The Quintessential talk on transferring files securely over the network promises to be a very informative and rewarding presentation to attend.

So get your wizarding hats ready and be ready to learn some more incantations to add to your Linux Spell Book. The meeting will be held on March 20th, with introductions starting at 6:45 pm and presentation starting at 7pm. We hold our meetings at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville located at 7405 Arlington Expressway in Jacksonville Florida, 32211. Pizza and drinks are on me! See you there.

Your fellow Lugger,

Ralph
