contact friendly name

Is there a way to get a contact's friendly name (instead of his
login ) ?

Hi Tony,

I guess you can get that using the vcard if supported by the jabber
server you are connecting to.

Thank you, that's a good hint !

Im connecting Gtalk server, but I dont know how to get vcards with jaxl :)
I'll try to figure out how to do it.
