Process HTML as string before returning?

Hi,
How can I have my jaxer service return HTML loaded from a database
but process it normally?
It seems only files referenced directly by Jaxer (via URL) get server
scripts processed. If I return
HTML as a string from a service, it doesn't.

What API call should I use for this?
