New JaxEdit release on 2012-05-04

New JaxEdit release is out with the following improvement:

- start testing logging to microsoft skydrive
- rename textjax typesetter as typejax
- can use typejax as a standalone latex typesetter
- treat both commands and environments as groups
- treat tabular environments as inline-block elements
- show math contents in their waiting for typesetting
- use div heights to improve scrollbar following
- use timers for improving scrollbar following
