Developer Support Title: Support Engineer LOCATION SPECIFIC: (NC or TX or WA) PRODUCT: Developer Technologies with Emphasis on Azure DevOps Essential Personal Attributes: Highly motivated with a mature and positive attitude A passion for working with peers and customers to help resolve deep customer technical issues on Microsoft, Third Party, and Open Source technologies. A drive and desire to learn and grow yourself and others through proactive knowledge sharing Strong and effective verbal/written communication and listening skills for collaboration and working with customers and peers Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the capacity for driving quality impacts for customers and/or stakeholders An overall passion for technology and for the business and customer value it drives and the desire to help others learn through proactive knowledge sharing activities Outstanding problem-solving, troubleshooting and application debugging capabilities Ability and willingness to quickly ramp up on multiple technology areas as needed Technical Expertise (Required in one or more of each area) in Cloud, Windows Desktop Development, Web Development, Game, or Phone Cloud Technologies: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, Amazon web services, iCloud Languages and Compilers: C/C++, C#, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML5 Developer Tools such as Visual Studio, Unity, Eclipse, .NET Framework, DebugDiag Professional Experience: Three or more years' experience in software development, consulting or support with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Client, Server and Development products and technologies. Deep understanding of application lifecycle and agile development principals. Education BS in Computer Science, or related degree, or 3-4 years of equivalent experience.

The sponsor is looking for someone with a 4-year degree – IT / Computer Science. And he would like someone with Infrastructure understanding. Disqualifiers: The sponsor is requesting the candidates is proficient in English. Someone able to support and has past support experience and have phone interaction past experience. Best vs. average: Azure experience is number 1. Azure DevOps (Group of developers build a software solution) – Server or service. Building pipelines or any other product DevOps base products. Git hub experience as well. Performance Indicators: Case Wellness (case documentation, first quality response, collaboration, making phone calls instead of sending emails whenever possible), Modeling CARE behaviors, & Peer and Customer Feedback.

Location - Denver, CO (Day 1 onsite role)

Duration – 6 Months with potential extension

 

 

Note – DataDog implementation experience is mandatory. Candidate with only DataDog knowledge will not be considered.

 

Job Description:

• Enterprise level Infra & application monitoring experience.
• Hands on experience on implementing DataDog monitoring tool for enterprise organizations
• Experience in configuring various modules of Datadog
  • Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Application performance monitoring
  • Synthetic Monitoring,
  • Real user Monitoring
• Expertise in Datadog APM configuration – through knowledge on implementing Datadog APM services across JAVA, Apache Tomcat, .Net, IIS and SQL
• Working experience REST API, JSON , PowerShell, Ansible, Linux
• Having experience of integrating Datadog monitoring tool with Grafana and Splunk would be an added advantage
• Relevant knowledge of monitoring industry standards and the use of analytics in an operational setting
• Participate in client meetings
• Excellent Analytical & communication Skill
• Programming experience and a basic knowledge of Linux.
• Should have documentation build experience and knowledge based articles for deployments.
