I recommend to read The google Story http://www.amazon.com/Google-Story-David-Vise/dp/055380457X.
This is an inspirational story of google. How two students, Brin and
Page turned the google as a billion dollar company within 5 years.
Their practices and their way of thinking everything is there in this
book.
These all are real leaders, They create a new meaning of leadership
with their technical knowledge.

I strongly disagree. It is business mind strategy by which they
conquered. No one really gives freely.
They actually capture you searching interest, techniques and you will
never know what form you are filling and for whom.

Like Naukri is free but they added mobile alerts and verification why
because they share these numbers to marketing people.
with your name, salary a lot. that is why you get calls for insurance
medical claims and so on.

When concept is clear then only do coding. It is no way inspiration.
since Winners don't do different things, they do things differently.
