		▪ Performance Tuning
		Java/J2ee with performance Tuning experience.
		Must be expert with CA/HP Hyperformix.

		▪ Hands on experience in iPhone / Android development
		▪ Experience in Xcode / iOS/Coca Touch / iOS design/ Android SDK / RIM SDK/  /Sencha / phonegap / JQuery Mobile
	Niche_COC_FEB	IBM Tivoli Access Manager	3 to 5 Yrs
		▪ Middleware developmental experience with exposure in IBM Tivoli Access Manager / IBM Tivoli Identity Manager / Oracle Access Manager / Oracle Identity Manager / CA Site Minder / Novell Access Manager / Novell Identity Manager.

		▪ Experience in designing & coding  integration components including plug-ins, messaging and programs that call the Guidewire application.
