on the html5 vertion when I use the url option and paste the url for the file it gives me a ' invalud file type ' or ' read error ' and if there's a url for roms that works on emulater plz link to me.

Hello,

You are probably having problems with the SOP (Same Origin Policy), in which browsers by default do not allow programs to download files from other domains.

So, if you are just running the emulator online (from the official website, for instance), you'll have to first download the ROMs to your machine, then open the file locally or drag and drop the file. Using the URL dialog will not work in this scenario.

Or, if you are deploying the emulator on your own website, you'll have to place the ROMs on the same server (domain).
