Hi
I have couple of issues with the spellcheck tool. Occasionally the spellchecker shows the text "Bulleted List Properties" as misspelled even though that text is not part of the actual text I wanted to check. In another instance the spellchecker gave me a wrong suggestion even though the correct word is in the dictionary. It found the misspelled word "subcontrator" but instead of showing the correct suggestion "subcontractor" it shows "inspections".

Attached are the two screenshots. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks
Naveen

This looks like perhaps the English International dictionary had been modified.... which can cause crazy suggestions by putting array offsets out of alignment.

Sometimes developers do this by mistake when doing a global find-replace their projects.

Can you try re-downloading that dictionary from our site please?

You may then need to restart iis/apache to see the changes.

I will try that this weekend.

I also have another issue, I am trying to replace the English (International) dictionary with English (USA). I copied the USA dictionary file to the dictionaries folder and I see both dictionaries now in Test-Install script but when I spell check it always defaults to the international version and shows the misspelled works. I switch the dictionary to English (USA) in the dialog dropdown window and all the buttons are disabled and I cannot do anything. How do I get the USA dictionary working in addition to the International or just USA alone?

Thanks

Hi,

I did add that to the sample HTML file and it still does not work. Attached is the whole folder zipped. Please let me know if I did something wrong.

I am using this with a Apache Webserver and PHP enabled.

Thanks
Naveen

The english USA issue - i should been clear. no-one else has that issue - and its our 2nd most popular dictionary.
The problem is instance specific I believe.

Can you download it again, check file permissions, and restart your web server p
