uncaught JavaScript runtime exception

Hello!

I just download jsmvc and try the 1th example of it.
But it came's a error below.

F:\Workspaces\jsmvc>js jmvc\update
js: "jmvc/rhino/env.js", line 3173: unterminated string literal
js: case "copy": strEnt = "锟?; break;
js: .........................................^
js: "jmvc/rhino/env.js", line 3173: syntax error
js: case "copy": strEnt = "锟?; break;
js: .........................................^
js: "jmvc/rhino/env.js", line 3174: missing ; before statement
js: case "amp": strEnt = "&"; break;
js: ...................^
js: uncaught JavaScript runtime exception: ReferenceError: "Envjs" is
not defined.

How to fix it?
In ANSI line 3173 did show:
case "copy": strEnt = "锟?; break;
But Utf-8 it shows:
case "copy": strEnt = "�"; break;
