Excellent work! I'm going to be looking at how I can use this with
Jaxer development. The open door this leaves for TDD is surely
something the JS community needs.
How hard would it be to tie in other TDD systems, rather than using
the the provided, or even work to make it TDD library ambiguous?

If you could script the test files (whether html or js depending on your test library) could be automatically run upon a server JavaScript engine (like Jaxer or Rhino etc) then you could use something like autotest I'm sure. I haven't figured that out yet :)
