NOTES: This 3-web-page app could have been done all in JavaScript
(and all
the pages could have been .html and none .php), but I was too lazy to
parse and split the ? portion of the url. It is good for you to know,
though, that
no php is needed. (Thus this app could run on any web server that
anyone has.)

Secondly, You may have wondered why I did not provide a nice table
display
directly on the update.php page. Well, I tried mightily, but
strangely: Only limited
html appears to be allowed in a function dealing with an indexedDB
cursor (a good
hour was spent trying -- but to no avail). [Did not want you to think
I was just plain
foolish.]
