I can see where it would work well, just want to see if there were others using it in the production.  I am most confortable using technology that's leading not quite bleeding edge.

The templating in sass while providing capability like what I've done with XSL+XML or velocity/FMPP templating before, but has a more JavaScript flavor to it which I appreciate.

KnockoutJs well that looks like it would be possible to play with existing jquery/js/backend frameworks, makes a bunch of sense for databinding.  I just wonder how efficiently it handles more nested (JSON) structures.  Need to test it out some more but if someone's using it in production it'd be interested to see how they set up their data models.

Cool, I'm looking forward to learning about jQuery Mobile from Marc.

What's the difference between jqtouch and jquery mobile anyways?

As I understand it, jQtouch is a jQuery plugin that targets webkit whereas
jQuery Mobile is a framework (that uses jQuery) that is intended to work on
    all mobile platforms.

I know Darcy Murphy uses Knockout and I use Saas on a lot of projects. We've
since moved to Less CSS, however.
