I've begun work on migrating Ecma-402 to HTML using ecmarkup to construct the specification. This morning I completed the following sections: 


- introduction
- scope
- conformance
- normative-references
- overview

This announcement serves as a "call for contributors". Given the structure, I believe it will be relatively simple for many people to work on different sections of the spec concurrently—which is awesome.

awesome. I will go ahead and create issues for each section that is pending to be migrated, feel free to pick them up (assign them to yourself, or just put a note that you’re working on them), and we can go from there.
