+ Jungshik Shin - Was actively involved in EcmaScript I18N API in the first round with his colleagues at Google (Nebojša Ćirić and Mark Davis). Have been working on Chrome/Blink I18N for years at Google. Also (partly) "responsible" for Noto Pan Unicode (http://www.google.com/get/noto)
