As a front-end lead you will work directly with UX Designers and developers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiast about front-end development in mobile platforms(Mobile Web), specialize in building responsive and elegant web applications that scale to millions of users. You will be in charge of the design and implementation of new user-facing features using optimization designs to maximize speed and scale. You will be responsible for driving deliverables such as HTML5 interaction models, mockups, and production quality code for new and innovative experiences across desktop and mobile devices on different OSs. You will be a leader, mentor and role model for your peers. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Design and implement new user-facing features with HTML5 technologies.
Integrate and help to architect solution components.
Collaborate with other programmers and developers throughout the development process.
Understand user requirements; design and develop applications and web pages/ APIs for devices that meet real world scenarios.
Solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences.
Desired Skills and Experience
Professional experience with AngularJS framework.
Strong JavaScript fundamentals (we will evaluate you about prototype, scope, and functional closures)
Experience with component-based front end UI libraries (e.g: Twitter Bootstrap, Ext JS, YUI)
Experience architecting technical designs based on performance requirements for mobile development.
Interest in the latest technological developments in the industry to develop mobile web application.
Source control tools such as GIT, svn.
Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
Ability to work in a team to build quality software in a constantly evolving environment.
Dependability, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree, advanced degree a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
