• Proven experience with Java Fundamentals (JDBC, SQL, XML, XSL, JDK, API, Object, Classes, Interfaces, Exceptions, Serialization)
• Experience with persistence frameworks such as Hibernate or Seam
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI)
• Familiar with rules and workflow engines such as JBoss Drools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Extreme development methodologies, processes and practices
• Background leading or making recommendations to technical architecture and system administration teams, including performing hands-on tasks

Strong consideration will be given to individuals with the following training and/or certifications:

• Training in Object Oriented Modeling through use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) techniques
• Demonstrated understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and J2EE principles and methodologies

Domain Experience will be given special consideration.

In addition, preference may be given to individuals with the following skill sets:

• Experience in Development with JIRA Studio (JIRA, GreenHopper, Conflunce..
• Experiance with Agile, Scrum or TDD development.
• Use of technical design specifications, along with business and system requirements, use case models, and other analysis documents, for development efforts
  • ​Translate (develop) detailed design into computer software
  • Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product
  • Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation
