Owing to the fact that I've only gotten 10 responses so far with the
preferred timing split pretty evenly I'm going to leave it open for some
more time and declare the time tomorrow afternoon.

I agree with Navin. Given enough notice, interested members should be able to meet the timeline.
By the way, I am sorry to have missed the meeting on Saturday. My earlier meeting got extended beyond 2:00pm.
My choice for topics: (1) Best practices in deploying J2ee applications (2) Can we form a cricket team?

I think:
1. ThoughtWorks is fine as a venue.
2. I don't think a democratic survey for date/time/place/topic is a very
good idea.
3. Just pick a topic, pick a date, announce it right away.
