Hey,
Neo4j India community is hosting a Bootcamp on Cypher, a graph query language on Saturday, January 26.
Neo4j is a popular open-source graph database being used by organizations like Adobe, Cisco, Mozilla, Squidoo, Telenor to name a few. Neo4j, built in Java, can be used either as an embedded database or over HTTP REST interface. This makes Neo4j a promising candidate for Java development and also for Java derivatives such as Groovy, JRuby, Scala, Clojure, etc.
Cypher is a querying interface developed by Neo4j team. This bootcamp will focus on Cypher basics and optimizations for production use. Java developers and enthusiasts who would like to use a graph database in their applications should find this bootcamp useful.
