 IBA InfoTech LLC is looking for “Linux DevOps Engineer” in Herndon, VA

 

Job Description:

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, other technical degree, or related experience

5+ year’s professional experience in commercial or web-scale system engineering

5+ years of experience in a scripting language such as Bash, Python, or Ruby

5+ years of professional experience in Linux system administration or development

This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in scalable Agile/SCRUM/Kanban enterprise-scale software development

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities

Experience with deployment management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible

Experience with a modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Go

Understanding of network fundamentals

Understanding of distributed storage performance challenges and their solutions

Experience with secure system configuration and security principles

Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment

 

 

 

 

SALARY AND LOCATION

 

Salary will depend upon Interview.
