what the heck happened to the site? is it down or already dead?

It's down. I'm working on it. Fun and games when your ISP moves the domain
around without telling you... sheesh...

The site is now back up. There are new DNS entries, so some might not
yet see it.

If so, use:
http://204.93.211.115:9285/home/HomeAction.do

The ISP did me the favor of using stale db data during an unannounced
migration. The site is up, but the content is a bit stale (a few
months old). I will update the data on the weekend. They did me
another favor by deleting my update scripts on the server, so I have
to rewrite and retest them...

Sorry about this. What a pain these things are....(now where's my
blood pressure medication?...)
