Bad background color

Hello,

A javapractices.com user is experiencing a problem with the rendering
of the background color - instead of light grey, it appears is a
random light blue color.

Here is a screen shot which shows the problem:

He is running IE 8 on Windows 7 Professional.

Question: is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
