Hi all,

My company sells a webstarted java swing application to a number of customers. When we moved from Java 5 to 6 I found a couple of issues with webstart, reported them to Sun and had them fixed pretty promptly. We've an issue with the move from Java 6 to 7 now (http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7165402) which my colleague reported. I can't see how to vote on it, we've looked but apparently can't find where we might get premium support if we wanted it.

It's a bit worrying tbh, does anyone have any ideas for getting feedback on issues logged with Oracle? Has anyone successfully reported a bug and had it resolved?

Thanks for any ideas/help,
Robin

If you're looking for Oracle Premier Support for the Java SE Platform, please see http://www.oracle.com/us/technologies/java/standard-edition/support/overview/index.html for details.
