chat app for android help

hello, 

my app is to do a thing such chat for android ,,if any one have ideas for allowing  tow android emulators on eclipse to replace messages?

i've mad it for php that's  via wamp on my local host .

and for android all i know is that ,web services are needed to allow more than one android emulator talking together via wamp server.

any recommendation for links please.

i hope if the problem is clear ,,thanks in advance.

well,

i'm not sure ,,my guess  is to use android emulator for interface only to interact with the server database ,,instead of using  web design scripts  ,,,just for interface .

actually i cant't get it ,, is the thing to just  put my db on wamp server then interact with it via android app  that runs in different emulators ?!

well, what is the rule of web services here ,,and basically what is meant by them ?!

help in please.
