A very good morning Java people !

Does anybody in here know about netbeans 6.7.x plugins for code analysis ? SQE would have been nice but I couldn't make it work for 6.7.1.

I can run the maven plugin of Findbugs/checkstyle/pmd/... of course, but I'd rather have it integrated with the code editor. This way we can immediatly see there's something fishy and correct it. Instead of waiting for the build results - and postponing the corrections forever.

I recently rediscovered the pmd-netbeans plugin. It works really well
for me.

I've seen some activity from SQE on kenai but no releases yet.

I've downloaded all 57 nbm files and packed it into a zip file. That's a lot easier than downloading the files one by one.

Is there any place I can drop this ?

Rather than downloading zips it's probably easier to just set up an
update center. Go to the Tools > Plugin manager and in the settings
panel, add a new update center -- I named mine "SQE", and the URL I
entered is this:
http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/sqe/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/build/full-sqe-updatecenter/updates.xml

Then reload the catalog and you can install directly from within the
plugin manager.
