JavaMelody reports

JavaMelody reports are very useful feature, and I use them quite a
lot.

As I keep the messages with those reports, nice enhancements would be
to:

1. Give distinct names, at least with periodicity of report as mail
subject. (Currently, the subject is Monitoring JavaMelody on <host>,
so I must guess if I want to open the daily, weekly or monthly report)

2. Correctly reflect the period monitored in the title displayed at
top of PDF. (Currently, the only real variable in the title is the
date the report has been written, the "from" part is the date the
monitoring was started - best would be to reflect the beginning of the
period)

Hi,

I have changed the subject of the mails and the titles of the PDF
reports, by adding " - 1 day" for example.
