Hi,

I'm monitoring my application with jmelody and I want to know threads status. in the main page of jmelody (page that addressed ".../monitoring?") there is a expandable list under "Threads" and in this list there are several things that I dont understand, my question is about those things.
First of all "State" : what does colors near each state means? color like yellow or green or blue? and beside that what does states like "WAITING" , "Timed_waiting" and "Runable" means?
I know what cpu_time means, but what user time means?

I googled to find my answers but I didnt find any thing useful about State.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Thread's state in javamelody means the same as thread's state in the JVM (the Java runtime).
And for example, the following page explains the different states:
http://www.uml-diagrams.org/examples/java-6-thread-state-machine-diagram-example.html

bye,
Emeric
