How to disable javamelody monitoring ?

Hi,

I have enabled javamelody by deploying javamelody,jrobin jar files in lib. Now I would like to disable it, somehow deleting the jar files was not a correct approach. Can someone help me in disabling it ?

If I remove the jar files from lib,my site(Dev Environment) returning the blank page. Is there any way to disable it with property based? VM Arguments?

Hi Jay, in the javamelody documentation for optional parameters it tells you how to disable monitoring.

The parameter disabled (false by default) just disables the monitoring. This allows for example to disable the monitoring temporarily or only on some servers, from the tomcat context or from system properties without modifying the web.xml file neither the war file of the monitored webapp

Hi,

can someone please help on how to switch the "disabled" parameter to true or false without having to restart the application..I tried updating the variable during runtime but it wont change.
