JavaLoader-develop startup tutorial required to understand more

1) I have downloaded JavaLoader-develop.

 

https://github.com/markmandel/JavaLoader ==> Select Clone or Download buton.

 

JavaLoader-develop is available in our local folder.

 

2) Please advise where to copy this Java Loader-develop and how to test.  

3) I have below software’s installed in my system.

 a) Jun directory is C:\JRun4

 B) C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2
