Looks like the networkClassLoader got removed from the server scope somehow.

Easy option - restart the server.

Otherwise, find the key that is generated in the server scope here:

And delete it.  And you should be good to go.

This works locally but not on my server.
Server is not shared host but has different setup.

Local - ACF 9.01 on apache, WIN 7
Server - ACF 9.00 on IIS 7, WIN server 2008

I have compared setting in CF Admin and they are the same. I am sure the server is locked down harder than my local but I wouldn't know where else to look. Not sure how IIS might restrict it.

Using Javaloader v1.1

I located both JL and DD in our custom tag path.

I can instantiate the DD cfc both locally and on server.

The error occurs when I attempt to use the instance on the server:

But I'm confused...how was it in the server scope to begin with (if this was the first time I put it on the server)?
