•2 - 5 yrs of experience in  IT recruiting experience with a successful background sourcing candidates from a wide range of technical disciplines.

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2003 and 2007, Monster, Dice, Career Builder.
• Extensive knowledge of current IT development and support languages, databases, platforms, etc. and an overall solid grasp of the general 'dynamics' of the IT industry. 
• Experience in recruiting consultants on corp-to-corp, 1099, W2 basis for Contract and Full time positions.
• Experienced in working with US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, for numerous positions.
• Effective communicator with management skills & strong analytical, problem solving as well as organizational abilities. 
• Prepared and formatted resumes with letter head and submitted directly to hiring manager or HR.
• Negotiated terms of employment (e.g. hourly rates, salaries, bonuses, etc.). 
• Extensive experience in creating Boolean Search Strings to source qualified profiles from various professional job boards.

 

NON - IT Recruiters / Sr. NON - IT Recruiters - (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL - 2 (OPENINGS)

  * 2-5 yrs Recruiters having strong knowledge sourcing on LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (Utility Worker Maintenance, Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk,   Administrative Assistant…..etc) job requirements will be the first preference.
* Someone with good experience in NON_IT roles Or Light Industrial roles will be given weightage. And for good candidates. Salary is not a constraint.
* Extensive experience working with online job portals including Dice, Monster and Career Builder and Social Media Sources (LinkedIn)
* Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1, T1N1, (EAD Green card/OPT)
* Sound Knowledge of Tax Terms including W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp

* Have 3+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and Consulting Industry.

* Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants. 
* Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e From Sourcing Job
Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants,
Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best
deals. 
* Experience in working with OPT/CPT ,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens, . 
* Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp). 
* Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting

Experienced in Full Recruitment Life Cycle in IT staffing. 

Tracking the resumes from Job portals like DICE, DesiOpt.

Posting advertisements in social networks sites, university sites and various job portals.

Concentrating on candidate who are on F1 (CPT \ OPT) and H1 visa status

Recruiting the OPT and CPT candidates.

Get them on board for training "Entry level guys" or direct marketing "Experienced guys"

 

Business Development Managers (BDM) - US IT Recruiting/Staffing Services


* If any candidate comes aboard with 1 Or 2 Solid Clients. Salary is not a constraint for
   that candidate. Package 10-20 Lakhs.
* Strategic planning & execution through in-depth analysis of the market.
* Responsible for the acquisition of new clients by calling & mailing, fulfilling all aspects of
   successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
* Identify the key source and connect to the right person through Cold Calling/ LinkedIn / other
   social and business/professional networking sites.
