Job Title: Senior Oracle Functional Advanced Benefits Consultant
Location: Orange County, CA
Duration: 3+ months, extensions/longer duration is expected
Interview:- Phone and skype
No H1B and OPT
Description:
We need experienced Oracle Hrms consultant with advanced benefits to help configure and support current adv benefits modules. Comp workbench is a big plus
· Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert
· Configure the Oracle Adv benefits Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
· Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems, and Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
· Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
· Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions to Production
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Minimum of five years experience in a Functional consulting role
· Oracle ERP HRMS experience with advanced benefits and comp workbench is a big plus
· Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
