Location: Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad

No. Of Positions: 20 (2- BDM, 2-Senior Recruiters, 2-Mid Level Recruiters, 15- FRESHERS )

Compensation: Base Salary + commission/Incentives

Qualifications

Business Development Managers (BDM) - US IT Recruiting/Staffing Services

 

·         If any candidate comes aboard with 1 Or 2 Solid Clients. Salary is not a constraint for that candidate. Package – 10-20 Lakhs.

·         Strategic planning & execution through in-depth analysis of the market.

·         Responsible for the acquisition of new clients by calling & mailing, fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.

·         Identify the key source and connect to the right person through Cold Calling/ LinkedIn / other social and business/professional networking sites.

·         Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.

·         Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.

·         Generating leads by cold calling, mails and Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients.

·         Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with High Level executives.

·         Planning email campaigns on vertical wise and execute them successfully.

·         Strong knowledge on Business Development Process (Inside Sales).

·         Should have sound knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates.

·         Identifying ideal customer profiles and matching with our background expertise and communicating our strengths to such prospects through effective email-drafts, presentations.

·         Assisting in new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships.

·         Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as well as presentations.

·         Candidates having good experience in companies like Idexcel, Artech Info Systems, Net2Source, Eteam, Active Soft Inc, SysMind LLC, Panzer Solutions LLC, ACE Technologies Inc , Xoriant, Impetus, NLB Services, IDC Technologies etc….

Sr IT Recruiters

  • 2-5 yrs of experience in IT / NON-IT requirements.
  • Someone with good experience in NON_IT roles will be given weightage. And for good candidates. Salary is not a constraint.

 

IT Recruiters

  • 0-5 years of experience managing full cycle US IT recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all technologies.
  • Solid experience in sourcing consultants in technologies including but not limited to ERP/SAP, BI/BW, Front End/Back End, Web/E-Commerce, Oracle Tools, Mobile Apps/QA
  • Extensive experience working with online job portals including Dice, Monster and Career Builder and Social Media Sources (LinkedIn)
  • Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1, T1N1, (EAD Green card/OPT)
  • Sound Knowledge of Tax Terms including W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp
