PC/SC PIN VERIFICATION

I have been analizing the code.  There is one function to verify PIN OFF-Line, but you have to "pass" the PIN . 

Anothe way will be send a PS/SC command  to Verify the PIN  "internally" into a PIN PAD  ( ISO7816 /USB CCID compliant class 2 Secure PIN PAD )  but i don't see  the way to do this.....just calling a function whitout passing the PIN 

I see there are some FEATURES ad commands on the sasc.smartcard.pcsc.PCSC  but can't get the way to activate

Anyway to activate PIN Verification on   PIN PAD  ( obviously with this feature) ?
