USB Smart card reader connected but javaemvreader can not detect it?

Hi all, 

I have been trying to execute javaemvreader-latest-full.jar in linux os but i failed showing the message below. 
My Smart card reader presented below too. Btw, it seems that pcsc_scan works well. 
How can I make it work with jar file?
