How do you enter pin?

I can't for the life of me find out how to put in the pin for offline verification. I've tried passing it in as an argument 'VERIFY 1234', setting EMVTerminal.setDoVerifyPinIfRequired(false); to true, shuffling code around. What is the way to do this?
