Miru RC mod and javadrone

I have applied a RC mod to the AR Drone. You can find the details at

I would like to use ControlTower as a ground station for my AR Drone.
I tested ControlTower and it worked fine for only the AR.Freeflight
app. When I applied the RC mod, ControlTower will not receive the
video and NavData from the AR Drone.

How do I troubleshoot this issue?

Any help would be appreciated.
