All source code moved to GitHub

I've been exposed to the wonders of git at my new job, so after
struggling with some SVN issues at Google Code for the n-time, I've
decided to move all the source code to GitHub as the main source code
repository:

http://github.com/jacek99/javabuilders/tree/master

This will make future tagging and branching much easier.

For those interested, most of the daily work will be in the dev branch
and I will merge it back into master every time a feature reaches
stable status or a defect is fixed.
